Ask for Norman! We were assigned Pro Plumbing by our home warranty company and I experienced the best customer service I've had in a long time. Norman was extremely personable, arrived on time, and took customer service to a new level. While my home warranty company requires a second option before paying for cutting through drywall, I called them up today and told them once that is taken care of I'd prefer if they brought Norman and Pro Plumbing back in for the actual fix. If the end result is anything like the experience I had today, it will be top notch.

Had understanding service from Pro Plumbing Co. to install on new Kitchen Faucet. The technician Robert was on time, professional, courtesy, and a top notch pro. He explained what he was doing step by step. He even gave up tips to make our faucet work continuously year after year. I can't over emphasis his professionalism and knowledge. Lastly, he recommended the brands he had the less trouble with and how good there warranties were. I could not have asked for more. I would recommend Pro Plumbing and Robert, our technician to anyone. I will definitely recommend Pro Plumbing of Newport News to my friends and neighbors.

This is the worst plumbing company that I have ever experienced in my life.I would have given them -0 stars if possible.This is who my warranty company sent over. (First American Home Warranty) They are the worst too. I had a leaking gas water heater which they sent over Tony the Technician twice and I still have a leaking water heater. Now I have to hire a real plumber. these people don't even care. First time Tony came he just turned a screw and had the nerve to ask me for the flat head screw driver to do so. Come on a plumber who is took lazy to go out to his truck to get the necessary tools. I came from work later on and water heater still leaking. I did not want him to come back but the company insisted it is their policy to send back the same guy and the lousy warranty company went along with them. This time he said he did not know why it was leaking and said he would change the pressure release valve in case maybe the spring in it had worn out. This time he ask me for a towel and a bucket. I gave him some paper towels. What kind of plumber is this I was thinking. When I got home from work later it was still leaking and he had wet my floor up, something I was trying so hard to keep that from happening and threw the wet paper towels behind the water heater. and mind you, he never wore protective booties when coming in and out of my house. They don't care I tell you. But the worst part is that he took my pilot outer door off that was at the bottom of my water heater. I witnessed him do it. When I got home from work later that day, it was gone, no where to be found. He probably took it by accident I want to believe but was too lazy to come back in the house to bring it. I have been requesting it back for days. They refuse to return my calls. How they stay in business is beyond me. they are very unprofessional. Tony refuses to call although the receptionist said he told him to call me. I left him a message and told him I would come to the office and pick up the part myself. that's how bad I wanted it back. It was my property. so he stole my property and refuse to give it back. I had to take a total of a day off of work between the two days he had to come and still did not fix the problem. That was a mess too, never on time. The warranty company said they were going to make sure I got my outer door back because they only use licensed and bonded companies even if they have to get it through their insurance. But they lied too and was of no help. I am trying to get it back through better business bureau or next step small claims court. Please save yourselves the heartache and frustration of not using these amateurs. What a waste of time. I am warning you. Don't be the next for me to say I told you so. Awful!!!

My water heater pilot light kept going out. My home warranty company recommended Pro Plumbing. I called them around 10am. They scheduled to be out between 12-3pm. They arrived about 11:40am. I told what had been happening and by 12:30pm my issue was fixed. The service techs, Robert and Victor, were AWESOME! Thank you very much!

My opinion of pro plumbing is that they are a not reliable company. I only used them because of my home warranty, I needed my hot water heater replaced, and they were supposed to come to my home and did not come, they knew they were not coming, and sent a email proving so. My husband missed 2 days from work, behind them. I feel that They are not courteous at all. They can't keep their records together either, called me and then my husband re the same thing. The secretary hung up on me and then. Turned the answering service on before the end of business. Be careful.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the employees that I have encountered. In 10 months I have had to replace a hot water heater, twice! That is not their fault, first one was old and the second was a lemon. Pro Plumbing, specifically Shay in the office and Tony in the field were above and beyond the call of duty for awesome. Really, if you think cloning should be outlawed, remember we could use it to clone people like them and the world is in need! Tony, in particular, spent multiple trips to my home and he supplier and spent hours, plural, on the phone with an insurance company so backwards they couldn’t see in front of them. He really took ownership of what was an otherwise poorly organized goat rodeo and got my system working and worked it out so the insurance company did their job. It took time, yes, but I can’t imagine how bad it would have been without them. I can’t thank them enough for their service and in case it isn’t clear, I will use them again!

Thank you Pro Plumbing! We were referred to this company by our Home Owner's Insurance after another company never showed to do the work. Pro Plumbing came to our home when scheduled, evaluated our problem, immediately purchased the parts needed, repaired our valves and even patched the wall when they were done. We will definitely request them in the future!

This company refuses to return our phone calls. They came to fix our toilet and failed to do so- twice!! When we couldn't get a hold of the technician to come fix it for the third time, we finally requested a refund. My husband was told he would be contacted by the owner and a week later we still have not been contacted. The technician also started showing up randomly at our house, despite us saying we no longer wanted to use their services due to their poor customer service and shoddy work. I would never recommend this company, and will certainly tell everyone I know to look elsewhere.
